Stuff we get asked a lot:

How many seats are on the trolley?

On the big bike:
There are 10 pedal seats, 2 non-pedal seats and a 3-person non-pedaling bench for a total of 14 spots.

On the small bike:

There are 6 seats

Minimum & maximum number of riders per bike:

Big Bike = 8 Minimum / Maximum 14 riders

Small Bike = 4 Minimum / Maximum 6 riders

Sorry, but we do not mix and match groups together on our Big Bike because all of our tours are booked as private tours. We tried a per seat ticket option in the past but currently only offer private group tours on our Big Bike. If your groups is on the smaller size you can always book one of our Small Bike tours for 4 to 6 guests for a fast paced sightseeing lap around town.

Do I really have to pedal?

YES! This is a pedal bike and your effort is needed to move the bike. The effort required is like pedaling a single speed bike when you were a kid. Pedaling is easier with more people so bring your friends!

What's the alcohol policy?

BYOCB (Bring Your Own CANNED Beer) 1 or 2 is enough ~we encourage you to sample what each restaurant/brewery has to offer. So you know what to order on your return visit.

Currently, no liquor is allowed. City rules…but we are working on this! NO GLASS!

Photo ID Required

Per city code, if a rider is under 21, no alcohol can be consumed on the pedal bike by them. Photo ID must match the name signed on the waiver.

What should I bring?

Bring comfortable clothes…No opened toed shoes or sandals ~you will be on a bike outdoors.
We provide the cooler and ice to keep a few of your canned beers cold. We also provide cups as your canned beer must be consumed in a plastic cup on the tour (We also have (Silipints for purchase). We have a sound system called ~Wet Sounds ~you can hook your smartphones up to and play your own favorite music to get your group in a fun party mood…Oh ya, and bring the party!

Play that funky music.

We encourage you to customize your ~Trolley ~experience by bringing your smartphone to Bluetooth the music of your choice.

What is the total distance I will have to go?

There will be several stops throughout your tour on your bike route. You will pedal no further than 1-3 miles total. Depending on the tour pick. Yeah, you can do this!

How long is that tour?

Tours go approximately 2 hours. If your tour goes longer, it probably means the tour guide likes you! Show some tip love! Contact us if you wish to modify the tour length.

What's the weather policy?

The weatherman gets it wrong now and then. Show up unless you have heard from us otherwise.

Generally, if there is no lightning and the rain isn’t coming in sideways, THE SHOW WILL GO ON. All seats are covered from the rain, including the bench seat, you are covered under the bike. Dress for possible changes if booking later in the day. We plan on having hoodies and sweatshirts available for purchase on the trolley along with souvenir cups to take home after your trip.

If PHTT’s cancels your tour due to weather, it will be one hour or sooner before the tour starts and you will get the option of a refund or reschedule.

If you show up to the tour and it’s agreed upon between guests and the tour guide that it is too dangerous to go out, you have some options.

1. Visit a local bar/restaurant and wait the storm out. Check with your driver to see if that’s an option, we don’t want to interfere with other tours.
2. Cancel the tour and reschedule.
3. Cancel and be fully refunded.

Sorry, but for obvious safety reasons the answer is No. Our bikes are reserved as private group tours and we do not offer per seat tickets options or any hop on hop off style outings . We currently do not mix and match seats on our larger big bike but our small bike is a great fit for smaller groups and can be powered by as few as 4 guests and holds a maximum of 6 guests. The same tour rules options apply on a small bike as a big bike
